Platan Gateway REC

Platan Gateway REC is a series of IP-analogue gateways with embedded call recording designed to take advantage of cheap Internet calls made from the analogue phones. It’ a perfect solution for small and medium companies, looking for both savings and the newest telecom systems.

Call recording, excellent voice quality and support of many concurrent calls create a system, which capacity is tailored to the company’s real needs. Platan Gateways REC support any VoIP provider and PBX systems of any producer.

Platan Gateway REC - key features

	Savings Cheap Internet telephony, the possibility of using inexpensive analogue phones and even the previously bought PBX – it all influences the lower cost of calls and of PBX system modernisation.
	Call recording All or selected calls can be recorded and callers can be informed about that. It is an attractive solution for companies looking for simple call recording on their own needs. The Platan Gateway Archiver app is used to handle the recordings from one or many IP gateways.
	Efficiency & Security All users can make & receive calls at the same time, as every telephone port has its own SIP account assigned. Embedded mechanisms prevent the hackers’ attempts of attacks, and assure the high level of security.
	Excellent voice quality The excellent voice quality is owned to the advanced cancellation of echo, which is characteristic to the VoIP calls. The gateways support the T.38 standard, so the faxes can be also sent over the Internet (Fax over IP).
	Easy to use Legible, intuitive web interface with handy help makes the remote management and programming quick and easy. Universal, compact casings can be mounted in the RACK 19” ICT or on the wall.
